How to get the best night's sleep of your life!

Deep restorative sleep is necessary to allow the body to repair itself and give you the most energy possible for the next day.


.Although there are many factors influencing peaceful slumber, here are just a few causes and solutions:


  • Turn off the computer and the phone and unplug the router.

  • Don't eat after 6 p.m.

  • Digestion takes a lot of energy and will keep you awake.

  • Medications might cause sleep issues.

  • Avoid sugar.

  • Balance your hormones.

  • Good Nutrition. Fruits and vegetables.
